Now that we have some corporate sponsorship coming in, I need to build a page on our site to post the appropriate recognition. Stay tuned for that.

I had opportunity today to make a presentation of our project to the Columbus Exchange Club. I found them to be attentive listeners and they had good questions. My speaking skills are not tremendous, so I appreciate their effort and kindness. It was a good event.

I’ve done a bit of updating on our underwriting page and it is now called “Be a Sponsor.”

We really do need your support, and we really do want your support to come back to you in increased business, philanthropic kudos, and success in every way.

We are blazing a new trail here and we are excited about the idea.  When we talk to people, they get excited too.  I think those people will be listeners and I think your business would benefit from having them come through your door.

We have mailed 300 letters to local businesses and organizations on the chamber of commerce list, 200 more to go.

Our goal with this is: a) to raise funds for our Get On The Air drive  and b) to make some new connections with the community.

Time is steadily ticking down toward our July on-the-air deadline.
