I must apologize. After our downtime on Wednesday, when I went to restart our system I must have set it up to run the schedule for May 31st when in fact it was June 1st! So we ran the Wednesday schedule on Thursday and we ran the Thursday schedule on Friday and today, Saturday, we’ve been running the Friday schedule!
What a mess!
What I’ve decided to do is skip Saturday’s schedule altogether and go straight to Sunday. That should happen at midnight tonight.
I apologize again!
If perchance in the future you hear something like that happening, us playing the wrong schedule or if there is extended dead air or any other abnormality, please feel free to call us at (662) 244-7159. We will try to get it straightened out as quickly as possible.
Each broadcast day is broken into hours.
At the start of each hour we have a longer piece, either randomly chosen from our library or the next few chapters of a book we are working through. After the long piece there will be a selection of shorter pieces to fill up the rest of the hour.
Our schedule page shows the long piece for each hour and an estimate of its running time.
Between pieces you’ll hear our two-note separator. We call it the “boop”, you can call it whatever you like.
Monday through Friday we work through our books, hour by hour. Each day we try to repeat the book chapters a few times so you have a good opportunity to hear the next section.
On Saturday and Sunday we go back and play all of the chapters from the previous week.
